Adam Ettinger
Adam is a founding partner of Pierson Ferdinand, LLC where he is co-chair of the firm’s FinTech and Blockchain practice group and CTO. Over the past eleven years, he has been involved in well over eighty blockchain projects, representing some of the most innovative and influential players in the ecosystem, such as BitGo, Brave, Lightning Labs, MasterCard, Tether, Dragonfly, Framework, and Wave Financial. His work spans the entire life-cycle of blockchain ventures, from formation to financings, product launches, token distributions, software development, cryptocurrency management, and DeFi compliance. Prior to becoming a leading blockchain and FinTech lawyer he enjoyed a typical Silicon Valley practice handling corporate law and technology transactions for ventures at every stage. Adam’s clients included AMD, Apple, DeviceScape, Intel, Internet Devices (acquired by Alcatel), Magma Design, Network Solutions Inc. (NSI), Orchestria (acquired by CA), S3 (acquired by HTC), Self Aware Games (acquired by Big Fish), and Undertone Networks. He has represented investors in investments as diverse as Hootsuite, Houzz, Social+Capital, and SpaceX.
Adam brings tremendous experience, technical expertise and knowledge to this project along with connections to get the necessary work done.
Robert L. Diamond – ESQ.
Bob built two firms, The Diamond Group and its related U.S. law firm, the Diamond Law Center, into profitable companies generating $20M in annual sales. Bob has been investing in gold and cryptocurrencies for the past five years. The idea of combining the speed and simplicity of blockchain based transactions with the stability and intrinsic value of gold has interested Bob for the past year and this project is a reflection of that interest. Bob actively practiced law in a traditional setting from 1995 through 2005 thereafter adding online education for entrepreneurs into his business.
Bob brings drive and passion to push this to completion and strong proven marketing abilities to launch the tokens.
Thomas Rich – MBA
Tom is a well-known marketing consultant and business owner. For the past ten years Tom has consulted to Bob’s companies and has helped triple sales and profits. During that time Tom also co-founded a hospice which he quickly built into the largest hospice in Idaho, and he developed and launched a hospice management software that cuts charting time by more than half. That software is now being marketed to large hospice groups throughout the United States. Tom holds his MBA from Thunderbird University, is fluent in Mandarin Chinese as well as English.
Tom brings an incredible talent in marketing and business management to this project along with experience in software development.
